O relatório analisa, em linhas gerais, a regulamentação de whistleblowing em diversos países, avaliando boas práticas e desafios, e traz recomendações para aprimoramento. “ARE WHISTLEBLOWING LAWS WORKING?”

Samantha Feinstein (Staff Attorney and Deputy Director of the International Program at the Government Accountability Project) and Tom Devine (Director of the Government Accountability Project and informal ambassador of “Whistleblowing” in several nations) will introduce the report “ Are whistleblowing laws working?”. The report analyzes, in general terms, the regulation of whistleblowing in several countries, evaluating good practices and challenges, and makes recommendations for improvements. This part of the meeting will be held in English.
